Captain Hendo, a Licensed Captain, has owned a residence in Sea Isle City for over twenty years. Having raised three daughters, and being a Grandfather, he knows the importance and fun of a family activity that builds lasting memories.

We customize your charter to include the experience of catching fish, but also to include the opportunity to explore the beauty of the Back Bay, and inshore excitement of the ocean. We look for opportunities to safely observe the numerous waterfowl and sea life on our shore. Trips are designed around four hours to keep children interested and involved. We stress "Fun and Safety" for your family and the fish, and we encourage catch and release, but understand that fish are a viable food source, and when properly harvested a fish dinner adds to the family experience of fishing.

Safety and comfort is our first concern, and our boats are equipped for safety. We pinch down the barbs on our hooks for additional safety, and prior to "Making Way" we instruct your Family on proper use of equipment. Review our "Frequently Asked Questions" section on sun protection and appropriate dress to add to your comfort. By state regulation, all children age twelve and younger are required to wear a life jacket which we will provide.

Although kids like fish with sharp teeth and cool names, the fish we target will be decided on by season, regulations, and your request. All tackle and equipment will be provided, and we monitor what is biting and where, and when the tide will be right to increase our chance of success.
